Health Premises Registration Form

This form is to be used for the registration of a food business, beauty salon, hairdressing salon, place of shared accommodation and a mortuary. You may use this form to register a new business or to make changes to a registration for an existing health premises. To register a skin penetration business please use the ‘Skin Penetration Registration form’.

Hoarding Application

A hoarding application must be obtained from Council prior to the construction of either a ‘A’ class or ‘B’ class hoarding on any Council land or on street. Council requires a minimum of fourteen (14) days notice to process hoarding applications.

Notice of Commencement of Building Work or Subdivision Work

Use this form to advise Council that you intend to commence works on a development and have complied with the conditions of development approval. You can only submit this form once you have engaged in an agreement with Manly Council as the Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) for a development. Development approval must be obtained before you can engage in an agreement with Council as the PCA.
