Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct sets the minimum requirements of conduct for council officials in carrying out their functions. The Code is prescribed by regulation and must be observed by councillors, members of staff of the council and delegates of the council.

KPMG independent review of structural options for Manly and Pittwater Councils
At an Extraordinary Meeting held on Monday 30 March, all Councillors present resolved that Manly Council met or exceeded all of the State Government’s Fit for the Future criteria and unanimously agreed that Manly Council is a Fit for the Future Council.
This position has been confirmed by an independent review of the structural options for Manly and Pittwater Councils by KPMG.
