Works Notification

As part of Manly Council's Manly2015 program, Council will commence renewal works on Short Street Plaza. The proposed work includes the following:

  • Demolition and construction work to remove and make good the concrete entrance portal to the underground carpark
  • Demolition and removal of the existing pavement
  • Installation of new landscape elements, lighting, public seating, and infrastructure

STREET:                      Short Street, Manly

SECTION:                    Between Raglan Street and Sydney Road, Manly

START DATE:                4 November 2013 (Weather Permitting)

WORKS PERIOD:          Approximately 15 weeks (Break over Christmas)

WORKING HOURS:       7am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday

The work is subject to weather conditions, but every effort will be made to complete the works within the nominated period and minimize disruptions.
