Precinct Guidelines
The following document outlines the guidelines for the Manly Council Community Precincts and sets out the general objectives of the system.
The document provides details on the convening of monthly meetings, the rules for voting at meetings and the processes in place to deal with motions and resolutions that are successfully passed by the Precincts.
It's important to note that the Community Precincts are advisory bodies that assist Council in our community consultation processes.
The "Precinct Guidelines" document was adopted by Council on Monday June 21st 2010. Some further amendments were made following a resolution of Council on September 13th, 2011.
