Brewed to purity laws of ages & ages ago, allowing only 4 ingredients; hops, water, yeast & malt (and the odd bit of mandarin, ginger & other natural stuff to keep the tastebuds tingling), 4 pines brewing company offers great flavour sensations through variety, quality craftsmanship, natural ingredients & traditional, time honoured techniques – no short cuts!

Beer Menu:

4 Pines Kolsch 4.6 % ABV 
Food match: The real all-rounder, drink it at your next BBQ or with fresh fish or seafood. Also sits nicely next to your favourite pizza, Thai, Indian or anything with a little spice.

4 Pines Pale Ale 5.1% ABV
Food match: Getting to the bigger end of town, the 4 Pines Pale Ale perfectly complements red meats, hotter chilli and spice flavours, strong vintage cheddar or blue cheese.

4 Pines Indian Summer Pale Ale 4.2% ABV
Food match: With notes of citrus, this easy drinking beer will be a good match for a wide range of foods. Another great all rounder. 

4 Pines American Amber Ale 5.1% ABV
Ruby in colour, with rich copper hues. Hop driven aromas of currant & pear are rounded on the palate with a toasted malt character, light fruitiness & a balanced bitter finish.

Brookvale Union Ginger Beer 4% ABV
Food match: This one is suited to those with a sweet tooth, or for the odd member of our great world who has yet to discover the brilliance of beer. Match it with anything on the menu, literally.
